Workforce is a web and mobile platform for construction services that makes hiring trusted service professionals simple – and helps people use the time saved to pursue their passions. The applications marketplace guides users to answer a few service-specific questions so that it can match their needs to the right pros for the job, enabling clients to compare multiple bids, find and hire local service providers, and get things done as per their requirements, budget and time.

As a an on-demand service-matching system that connects vetted artisans with both domestic and commercial customers, the application offers handy experts in a wide range of construction services. A Custom Projects option enables clients to request major projects that require multiple construction expertise.


Service Provider App: This app is optimised to enable artisans bid on requests, navigate to client’s locations, accept or reject requests, track revenue and provide updates on job requests.

• Register: The artisan is required to sign up using his mobile number to generate an OTP. Next, he is required to fill a form with his full name, email address, skills, location and other credentials.
• Manage Availability: This enables the artisans to turn on or off his availability. This comes in the form of a toggle button.
• Make a Bid: The artisans are able to view bids placed in their job category and submit a bid.
• Service History: Artisans are able to view their past booking to enable them keep a record of their past activities. It also helps them keep track of their revenue.
• Customer Information: This feature enables the artisan to view the customers name and location of the job.
• Panic-Button: This feature is designed for the safety of artisans. This feature is integrated into the system to send warning signals.
• Chat feature: This feature enables the service provider and artisan to communicate and schedule discovery meetings or appointments.
• Job Request: This feature allows artisan to view scheduled appointments, cancelled appointments and keep track of upcoming events.
• Earnings: This feature allows artisan to view the amount of money they have earned over a period of time.
• Manage Profile: Service Providers have their personal dashboard where they can edit profile, upload pictures of job done, change payment methods, change location, select availability dates, view past transactions, earnings, view ratings and reviews.
